Official Rules

1. HOW TO PLAY, ELIGIBILITY: No purchase required to enter the contest. One entry per referral, no limit on how many valid and qualified referrals can be sent. Contestants may be entered by providing valid contact information for someone interested in real estate services via email, text, or phone. The contest is open only to persons 21 years or older who are citizens or legal residents of the United States.

2. PRIZE DRAWING: One winner will be selected each year in mid-November through a random drawing posted on social media. Winners will be notified within 5 business days. Winners are responsible for applicable state and/or federal taxes.

3. PRIZE, RETAIL VALUE, ODDS OF WINNING: A gift card for a weekend at Sword Fern Cabin in Hoodsport, WA that will be given as a $1,000 Airbnb gift card. The winner will schedule their getaway using the Airbnb platform. Any costs over the maximum allowance will be at the winner’s expense. The odds of winning the contest are dependent upon the number of entries received within each twelve-month period.

4. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering the contest, you give Tiffanie Rinehart permission to use your first name or pet’s name and/or photo for publicity and promotional purposes. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Tiffanie Rinehart and assigns and/or contractors from any and all claims which may arise out of, or are in any way connected with, such use.
